Pregnant women are now able to self refer to see the midwife, call 01775 652155 for an appointment.

Community Nurses

The Community Nursing team are employed by NHS Lincolnshire. They will see patients who require treatment/care in their homes. Contact them  by telephoning the clinic 01775 653220.


The Community Nurses visit housebound and palliative patients, working closely with McMillan and Marie Curie Nurses in the management of pain and other symptoms and providing psychological, social and spiritual support to ensure the best quality of life for patients and their families.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

The health visitor works from Johnson Hospital.
